Fees and Rebates

Bianca Baker Psychology consultation fee is $190.00 for a 50 minute session.

Whilst you do not require a referral to access our services, a referral is required from your treating GP or Medical Practitioner should you wish to access a Medicare rebate or use your DVA white/Gold card.

Medico-Legal reports and corporate consultation hourly fee: $270.00

 Medicare rebates are available to clients for up to 10 sessions per calendar year if your GP or Medical Practitioner has prepared a mental health care plan. 

The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65

If you wish to access the Medicare rebates, please contact your GP or Medical Practitioner for a consultation and bring your referral and Medicare card on your first appointment. 

If you are a white or Gold card holder, issued by the Department of Veteran Affairs,  you are eligible to receive mental health treatment with no out of pocket expense. 

A referral from your GP or Medical Practitioner is required, followed by a new referral every 12 sessions. 

 Private health insurance rebates may also be available and it is recommended that you contact your insurer prior to your consultation to determine if your health insurances covers general psychology. 

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation. An appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of $100.00. If you are attending via a DVA referral this cancellation cost cannot be covered by DVA, and therefore, the cancellation fee will be incurred by the individual.
